Safety Overview :
At Jeet Fasteners, safety is built into every process—from raw material handling and cold forging to heat treatment and surface finishing. Our goal is zero harm: to people, equipment, and the environment. We follow documented EHS procedures, conduct routine risk assessments, and train every employee to stop unsafe work.
Our facilities operate under stringent workplace safety controls: PPE compliance, machine guarding, lockout–tagout, ventilation for fumes and dust, ergonomic workstations, and clearly marked traffic & pedestrian zones. We maintain MSDS/SDS for all process chemicals, provide spill kits at point-of-use, and run regular evacuation and fire-drill programs with incident & near-miss reporting.

Safety Controls Across Our Processes
We integrate safety-by-design into tooling, fixtures, and workflows. Visual controls, 5S, and poka-yoke reduce error risk; line clearances and start-up checklists verify readiness. We monitor air & noise, maintain calibrated instruments, and use traceability to enable rapid containment if needed.
Safety Leadership & Training
All employees undergo role-based safety induction, refresher training, and targeted modules (LOTO, chemical handling, hot work, first aid). Supervisors run toolbox talks; near-miss reporting is encouraged and rewarded to drive continuous improvement.
Audit Feedback
External auditors and customer teams have recognized our robust safety culture, documentation discipline, and responsiveness. We continuously improve through incident learning and periodic EHS management reviews.
